Detailed Interior Design
Based on the approved visualizations, we develop detailed interior solutions. The client receives drawings for furniture, flooring, finishes, lighting, and equipment, as well as specific proposals for materials and products. At this stage, approximate prices are also discussed to achieve a balance between desires and the actual budget.
3D Project and Visualization
Once the concept is refined, the ideas are developed into a three-dimensional project. Through photorealistic color visualizations, the client can "step into" the future interior and experience the atmosphere, materials, and light. This is a key stage where the vision is further shaped with our professional input, and adjustments are made in a timely manner before implementation.
Coordination and Implementation
During implementation, we assist with communication with contractors and suppliers, protecting the approved concept and the client's interests. Our role is to ensure that the final result reflects the initial idea, vision, and agreed-upon solutions.
Executive Documentation and Deadlines
We prepare executive documentation that transforms the project into a clear and understandable basis for implementation. The client receives precise instructions for execution, as well as approximate deadlines for the individual stages, which provides certainty and control over the entire process.
