The project is a single-family residential building located in Sliven, designed in dialogue with the natural context and contemporary architectural form. The residence is developed on two above-ground floors with clear functional zoning and combines a metal structure with sandwich panels and wood cladding for a balanced industrial and warm architectural aesthetic.

The project is situated in an environment with a distinct natural character, which defines the building's silhouette and facade design.
The architectural aesthetic seeks a dialogue between contemporary form and the mountainous context. The residence is developed on two above-ground floors. The first level includes an entrance hall with access to an office, a bathroom, and an open-plan living area with a kitchen, while the second features two bedrooms with a shared bathroom.
The structure is prefabricated metal with sandwich panels, and the facade combines an industrial character with wood cladding for a warmer effect.
