This project features a residential complex of single-family houses, located in the Vabel district, Targovishte, in an area with low building density and a predominantly residential character. The complex is organized as an ensemble of independent houses on individual plots with direct access and private yard space. The architectural concept aims for a contemporary look with clearly defined volumes, flat roofs, and a balanced combination of light facade surfaces and wood cladding, combining functionality, comfort, and harmony with the surrounding environment.

The complex is designed as an ensemble of single-family houses, situated on individual plots with direct access and private yard space. The architectural concept seeks a balanced combination of contemporary aesthetics, functionality, and a peaceful living environment, oriented towards long-term occupancy.
The residential buildings have two above-ground floors with a clear distinction between day and night zones. The first level combines a living area with a kitchen and dining room, offering direct access to the yard, while the second is organized as the night zone with bedrooms and utility rooms. The layouts are designed with a focus on natural light, visual connection to the outdoor space, and convenience for daily use.
The architectural expression is realized in a contemporary style with flat roofs, clearly defined volumes, and a combination of light facade surfaces and wood cladding. This design creates a unified yet unobtrusive appearance for the complex, integrated into the scale and character of the surrounding environment.
