The volumetric and spatial solution is built upon clearly defined levels and emphasized horizontal lines, creating a balanced and elegant appearance. The building includes a double-height living area, providing a sense of spaciousness and natural light, as well as bedrooms and service areas distributed across several levels. The attic level is utilized as additional living space, while the garage incorporates storage and technical functions. The facade composition combines light plaster, wood cladding, and glass railings, lending warmth and a contemporary character to the building.
