Ceiling Fan Design with a Single Curved Blade

Product design for a ceiling fan where the classic multi-blade composition is replaced by a single elongated curved form. The project explores a more serene and refined interpretation of the home appliance, focusing on proportion, material, and how the product integrates into a contemporary living environment.

The project presents a concept for a ceiling fan with an unconventional single blade, designed as a smooth horizontal line in space. Instead of a traditional radial composition, the design features an asymmetrical silhouette that creates a sense of movement and direction even when the product is at rest.

The central body is designed as a compact cylindrical housing with a clean connection to the ceiling. The smooth transition between the housing, the support element, and the blade aims to reduce the appliance's technical appearance and bring it closer to the language of furniture and interior design.

Several material variations have been developed — light wood, dark wood, and an all-black finish. The wooden versions provide a warmer and more natural aesthetic, suitable for living rooms, bedrooms, and hotel spaces, while the black option emphasizes the more graphic and minimalist character of the form.

The visualizations show the product both independently and within a complete interior environment. The goal is for the fan to be perceived not just as a comfort appliance, but as a carefully integrated detail that complements the room's architecture through scale, line, and materiality.
