BMX Cycling Center – Sports Complex

The project develops the concept of a modern BMX cycling center where the architecture is directly linked to the nature of the sport — movement, speed, and dynamism. The volumes, circular roof forms, and radial structural logic create a recognizable aesthetic reminiscent of bicycle wheels and sports infrastructure.

The BMX cycling center is designed as a modern sports complex, combining training zones, indoor spaces, public functions, and a distinctive architectural identity. The concept is inspired by the dynamism of BMX sports and the geometry of the bicycle wheel — a motif that is developed in both the roof forms and the overall silhouette of the building.

The architectural design relies on a contrast between light glass roof structures, massive dark metal elements, and lighter facade surfaces. Large glazed areas provide a visual connection between the internal training spaces, common areas, and the surrounding environment, creating a sense of an open and active sports center.

The interior spaces are organized around the idea of movement and multifunctionality — featuring BMX zones, observation areas, work and social spaces, and zones for relaxation and communication. The project seeks a balance between sporting energy, industrial aesthetics, and clear functional organization.
